  1. Wow!! Talk about beautiful china. 🙂 I have so much to learn about plating, usually my family is so eager to eat that I don’t have time to make an elegant presentation.
    A few years ago my husband remodeled the
    Bon Appetite kitchen at Marymount College in P.V. He has become quite a food enthusiast since then. He isn’t yet cooking up a storm but I am always impressed at his decorating the food and his technique with a pairing knife.
    It’s so nice to meet a Southern Cal. blogger.
    I lived in Long Beach before we moved out to Temecula..my husbands business is still in L.B. so he stays out there during the week.
